Return and Refund Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase other than custom goods, made to order, or as otherwise provided below, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a prompt refund subject to any applicable restrictions.  Sale priced items must be returned within 15 days of purchase except for manufacturer's defects.  Refunds will be in the same payment form as the original purchase.  Except in cases of manufacturer's defects, shipping, freight or handling charges, if any, are not refundable.  Costs incurred to return items, except in cases of manufacturer's defect, are the responsibility of the customer.
 
All merchandise returns are subject to inspection.  Please note that custom, made to order items are not returnable, except in cases of manufacturer's defect.  Quilts, comforters and bedding products, except for manufacturer's defects, are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  Return of products, other than manufacturer's defects, purchased and received with benefit of a Free Shipping discount are subject to reimbursement for the actual shipping costs incurred as determined by the store.  Custom made product orders requiring a deposit will be confirmed in writing prior to beginning the manufacturing process to assure your complete satisfaction and preclude misunderstanding.  Items found to be defective and covered under specific manufacturer's warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer or its authorized repair facility as directed by and in accordance with the manufacturer's written policy.  
 
Prior to returning an item, please obtain a return authorization number via e-mail and ship your returned item in its original packaging via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to:
