Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada (with minor restriction) using our standard express shipping method, unless otherwise governed by the size and/or weight of specific, custom ordered or bulky products which may require a dimensional weight shipping surcharge as determined by the carrier. Certain products, especially those not ordered as part of a collection or set, may incur a small handling fee passed on by our distributing warehouse when ordered individually. In such an event, the surcharge or handling fee will be added to the delivery charge at checkout for your review prior to finalizing your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery rates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s regional destination. The applicable shipping charge will appear in your cart for your approval prior to your credit card being charged and prior to final checkout. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax unless eligible for free shipping or, conversely, a shipping surcharge due to extraordinary weight or size.
Shipping to Canada is via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or USPS and is generally restricted to items weighing less than 20# total. Most cabin decor products are not restricted and may be purchased directly through the automated check out and the shipping charges to Canadian destinations will reflect in the total prior to final checkout. If there is any doubt about whether a particluar item may be eligible for shipping to Canada, please contact the store for assistance.
Shipping to other international locations is currently not supported.
