From the outstanding collections of Beaches decorative hand carved wooden decoys, shorebirds and fish mounts. Designed and created through years of nature study outside their studio windows, these beautifully detailed pieces have been created from select, hand carved wooden blocks by trade artisans with meticulous care. The finishing touches include antiquing, hand painting and hand polishing with a wax finish by the original designers. A stain and varathane finish is used where it can best serve to display the beauty of the natural wood.
Many of the carvings we carry can also be ordered with glass eyes for a modest up charge and all may be personalized with a hand written message on the underside at no charge. Please allow extra time in transit for personalized pieces.
